What kind of movement does a VOCA timepiece consist of?
The movement is a Swiss made Ronda 762.
Is a VOCA watch waterproof?
Yes, all watches are 5ATM water resistance rating. This level of resistance means that moderate exposure to liquids, such as showering will not cause any problems. We do not recommend wearing your VOCA watch during any extended exposure to liquid such as while bathing or prolonged water based sports. Our leather and suede strap ranges should not be exposed to water for prolonged periods of time due to their leather lining.
Do the watch bands consist of real leather?
Yes, all VOCA watch straps (excluding stainless steel mesh) consist of full hide leather or suede.
Are VOCA Watches gender specific?
No, all models are unisex and designed to be worn by both men and women.
How do I Change Straps?
All VOCA watch straps can be changed quickly and without the use of any tools. Simply remove one strap using the quick release mechanism located at the top of each band and change it for the strap of your choice. (See below for further instruction)
How do I Adjust the size of the Stainless Steel Mesh strap?
VOCA mesh straps can be adjusted by lifting the small hinge on the clasp. The clasp will then move freely along the band and can be repositioned wherever required by refastening the hinge. Please note that the hinge will be particularly firm to begin with. (See below for further instruction)
Purchase and Delivery Questions
How long is delivery time?
Expected average delivery time is 3-5 working days. However we also offer a next day delivery option for an extra fee. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery destinations.
Do VOCA deliver outside of Europe?
Yes, we are able to deliver internationally although delivery costs may vary. (Please see shipping terms).
What if a watch or strap is sold out?
If the product you would like to purchase is temporarily unavailable then please feel free to get in touch by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to determine whether or when the product will be back in stock. We are committed to ensuring that all of our products are available as consistently as possible.
Can I Return or change a Product?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused VOCA products. This policy applies from the day of delivery. Before returning a product please contact email@example.com. If you would like to change a product, please contact us with your purchase reference number and personal details beforehand. Please note that only unused items in original packaging will be accepted, this includes removal of plastic housing from the top, back or the crown of the watch.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you would like to cancel an order please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped from our logistics centre.
What if my VOCA watch is damaged?
Please contact email@example.com within 14 days. Please remember to specify your order number and a description of the problem.
